Hi! How can I update LR 6.14 (1 PC) to the Photo Abo (1 TB) How to synchronize PC with a new Laptop (cloud?), how to transfer picture files, library, presets etc.

If you are going to be using Lightroom Classic 13.5, you don't need 1 TB, you can get by fine with 20GB. LrC does not use cloud storage, even if you share your photos in the cloud via LrC, it doesn't count against your cloud storage limit. The 1 TB plan is useful only if you are also going to use Lightroom (not Classic).
To move, see https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-move-lightroom-to-new-computer/ Install LrC 13.5 on the new computer before you start. Then follow the instructions exactly. Do not make up steps. Do not skip steps (except the part about moving from Windows to Mac, which doesn't apply to you). Do not import photos on the new computer.

In addition to @dj_paige post: If you open your catalog from LR 6.14 in LR 13.5 for the first time it will be automatically updated for the new version. For the updated version it will be created a new copy. The old catalog remains unchanged.

Thank you very much to you both. I´ll take my old PC (with 8 TB HDD) as the main and the laptop for holiday use. Just learned from a friend that I can install LR classic latest version on both computers with one licence; then create a new library for each holiday, import pictures from the SD card, process them. On arrival home, I´ll copy the whole directory (which also contains the library) to the main, the desktop, synchronize pictures, and also synchronize the library. Looks fine.

Honestly, this sounds like a recipe for disaster. Do not confuse the changing to LrC 13.5 on a new computer with this photo taking. If something goes wrong, you will not know if the problem is the photos you have taken, or the move to LrC 13.5 on the new computer. Do ONE thing at a time. Once you are sure it is working, then do the other thing.
New Library for each holiday? Why make things more complicated than they need to be? Use one catalog, use keywords to separate the holidays.

Thank you very much; of course I shall do one thing after another. Once LRC13.5 is working properly, all pictures, libraries, presets ... imported, I shall install LR C13.5 on the laptop and start with a few pictures to process on the LP and move afterwards (all that weeks in advance of the holiday!) I do not move all of LR 6.14 content (3 TB on an 8 TB HDD) to the laptop - it would exceed its hard disk space ( 1 TB) by far.
How does that work with keywords? Never used keywords to tag pictures or directories. The catalog in my LR 6.14 is organized with dates in the names of directories, for example the main directory is "Lightroom pictures", the sub directory for today is named "2024", the sub-sub is "2024-08-23".
