LR6 Deactivation old computer destroyed

Hi, so my old computer got destroyed with water damage, and have purchased a new computer.

I cant deactivate the liscence from the old computer for obvious reasons, and have made contact via the chat service, who cannot help, and have referred me to this support community.

Please can someone help.
