I bought a new Mac and want to install LR6 (which I have on DVD).

I've already used it on my old Mac (gone now).

But I can not get it installed.

What is the problem and what can I do?

Thx 😉

Lightroom 6 uses a 32-bit installer, so it won't install on macOS Catalina or Big Sur. You'll need to upgrade to the subscription version of Lightroom Classic, which is the equivalent of Lightroom 10. Or alternatively you might subscribe to the version now called Lightroom, which stores the photos in the cloud to make them accessible on multiple devices.
