LrC 11.3.1 Map Module Not Working

LrC 11.3.1

Sometimes the Map module freezes, other times it displays the map but never displays any pins, sometimes I can't scroll around in the Map module. Re-started computer, same problem. Re-installed LrC 11.3, and the Map Module works properly.
