LRC crashes when i open the export module

Ever since i updated LRC to V12.4 on both my MBP, it crashes as soon as i open the export module. Pldease help...

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s? Apple’s?

I made a similar post a few minutes ago. Initially, I did get a crash report box from Apple and Adobe, sent both. In following attempts only Apple option appeared, no Adobe so I stopped sending.

Ich habe ebenfalls Problem mit dem Öffnen der Version LrC 12.4. Ich kann keinen Fehlerbericht senden. Das Programm öffnet sich einfach nicht mehr. Auch wenn ich eine ältere Version installiere, kann ich LrC nicht mehr öffenen. Ich bin verzweifelt und benötige Hilfe. Vielen Dank
