LRC 11.1 and MAC I1.x and now 12 crashes when printing to any printer.

Pick the print section of LRC 11.1

Pick an image,  pick a printer, pick the sheet size,  printer settings for quality size etc.and  hit print and LRC imediadly crashes an error message .  Or is this a MAC issue?

How can I clean out the LRC ppd or whatever it may be on the MAC to be sure I don't have a corruption there. Is there another fix?  Where elose shoulod I look to correct the problem?

Any help would be appretiated!

Thanks,

Hi there,

We're sorry about the trouble with Lightroom Classic while printing. Are you able to print from other applications which are installed on your computer? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic by:  https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

Backup your preferences before resetting by: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/preference-file-and-other-file-locations.html

It's Fixed!. I used the first method and it didn't correct it so I used method two, trashing the preference file and restarting the computer etc.  Worked great.

Thank You for the help!
