The nVidia GTX 1650 was released in 2019 and isn't particularly powerful when compared to notebook GPUs released more recently. You're also using a driver that has been superseded. The latest Studio driver can be downloaded from https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/221008/en-us/

I believe the info requested related to the CPU not the GPU. Typically, the CPU on Windows based computers are made by Intel or AMD.

Your CPU dates from 2013 and is significantly underpowered when compared to compared to recent CPUs. It's fine for basic tasks, but building previews in the Library and rendering the images in the Develop module will tend to be slow.

Your screesnhot shows that you're forcing LrC to use the GPU for all tasks including export. I recommend that you set it to 'Auto' and accept the limitations of an underpowered GPU.  In 'Auto' mode the GPU will fully utilise the acceleratrion features that it can support.
