LrC installation on Macbook M3 pro: doesn't start, reinstallation doesn't help nor reinstalling pref

Bought a new Macbook M3 Pro (18gB), with Mac OS Sonoma version 14.6.1. tried to install LrC version 13.5.1, but it does not start and provides error message and closes-down. Reinstalling LrC did not help, not option + shift at start-up to renew preferences did not help. 

 

How can i fix this?
