LrC Library module not responding

When i launch LrC with teh "Library" module select, it seems to take a long time to load. It just sits there (i don't know what it is doing). If I click one of the images on the filmstrip then i get the "Program not responding" notice.

I have been working around this by making sure that i shut it down with "Develop" selected where the problem does not seem to occur.

I am running Windows 10 and LrC 10.2

I have tried some of the things recommended in some of the posts here like turning the GPU accelleration off, optimizing the catalogue, all to no avail.

Do you have a Logitech mouse or keyboard, and do you have Logitech Options installed?

If so, go to File > Plugin manager and disable the LogiOptions plugin, which is known to cause long startup times.

Thanks so much.  I did what you suggested and it does seem to have solved the problem I was seeing. I have tried at least a dozen launches, all successfull so I think it is solved.

Thanks again.
