I am getting a message saying "cannot verify your subscription status." May be because I am not connected to the internet. Check the connection.
I have disconnected and reconnected to the internet and it is still showing up. I do have a subscription. Any ideas what is causing this to show up and not have access to LRC?
You could try logging out and back in again using the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
I see that your OS is Windows (stated in post footer). But, what version? Is this Windows 7?
I've seen that error a few times too. Here's what has solved it for me: Exit out of LRC. Open up Creative Cloud Desktop app. Open up LRC from within the CC app. Now your subscription to LRC has been validated.
