LRC opens but locks up.?

I've restarted the computer, opened a few times, but same results. Opens to my last successful project, when I go to Library and import it locks up.  asks to wait for program to start or cancel..

Any suggestions?

What version of Lightroom & the Windows OS are you working on? What devices are connected when you open the import panel?

Try the import operation with the following suggestions:

• Disconnect any mobile devices & additional peripherals & restart the computer.
• If you have a Logitech mouse or keyboard, disconnect them & try again.
