LRC the dialog box for Copy Setting opens each time I use a slider. This makes it near impossible to edit photos.
This is what I have already tried to correct the problem
I have reset the preferences
I deleted LRC, Photo shop and all other related software fro Adobe and reinstalled.
I quit my subscription to the Photo Plan, Then once again deleted everything I could find from Adobe.
I then under a new email address, started a new subscription and downloaded the software.
After all of this, the Copy Settings Dialog box pops up each time I use a slider.
What else can be done?
My LRC was downloaded early in June 2023 and I use Windows 10

To narrow down the problem:
1. Do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
2. Infrequently plugins can cause bad behavior. In File > Plug-in Manager, select each plugin in turn. In its Status panel on the right, click Disable. Restart LR.
3. Start Windows in Safe Mode With Networking and then run LR. If the problem doesn't occur in safe mode, that suggests there is another program or utility interfering with LR, e.g. a graphics tablet driver.
4. Create another user account, log into it, and run LR. If the problem doesn't occur in that other user account, that indicates there is some user-specific LR file causing the issue.
5. Do a clean uninstall / reinstall of all Creative Cloud apps using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
The tool removes all traces of Creative Cloud apps (the normal uninstall / reinstall process can leave bits and pieces laying around).

Your graphics driver is a couple months old. You could add these two additional steps to the things to try:
2a. Try setting Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off.
2b. Update to the latest graphics driver:
https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/205173/en-us/
If neither helps, then set Use Graphics Processor back to Auto.
I don't think these are likely causing the problem, but having the latest graphics driver is good hygiene with LR.

I have tried all of your suggestions, to no avail. I have spend many days trying to fix this problem and I have no more tiem to devote to it. Is there an Adobe Tech that can remotely enter my program and atempt to fix?
If not I reqest to quit my Adobe plan. I would expect a full refund of my last month without the penelty. I have not been able to use LRC since downloading it earlier this month. I have been a subscriper for many years but I can not longer act as an IT tech trying to fix this problem Thanks

You can contact an Adobe support person at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.
Beware that Adobe support is hit-or-miss (more often miss but sometimes hit). Make a backup of your catalog and your photos before contacting them, and make sure you understand each step they're proposing to do before they do it.
