LRC Script conversion from Win PC to MACBook M1

I'm looking for somoeone to convert a Lightroom Classic script (LUA File), that smeone wrote fror me a few years ago, to one that will work in latest Lightroom Classic on my new MacBook Pro.  Adobe tells me that it has to be converted to work on a MAC OS. (Ventura 13.2)

Much appreciated if you can do it, help find  soneone who can do this or send a'ddl info on this.  My original source has gone silent.
