LrC startet nicht

Mein LrC startet nicht mehr. Ich nutze Windows 10 als Betriebssystem. LrC starte ich immer mit einem Doppelklick. Allerdings öffnet sich kein Programm. Im Taskmanager erkenne ich, dass LrC läuft. Aber auf dem Desktop ist weder sichtbar noch auswählbar. Ich habe mich bereits bei der Adobe Cloud zwei mal ab und wieder neu angemeldet. Keine Verbesserung. Ich habe LrC bereits zwei mal deinstalliert und neuinstalliert. Das Problem besteht immer noch. Photoshop und LR funktionieren ohne Probleme. Nur LrC nicht. Was kann ich noch tun?

Another test. Press down and hold on the ALT key on your keyboard. while doing that click/double click on your LrC shortcut. A screen should come up inquiring as to what catalog to open. If it does, select new catalog.

Use Windows File Explorer. Bring up the hard drive and then the folder your catalog is in. Find that catalog. Double click on the catalog. Does LrC open the catalog?

Das Programm läuft auch nicht über den Katalog oder beim direkten anklicken der lightroom.exe Datei im Programmordner. Ich habe auch bereits firewall/virenprogramm ausgeschaltet, um zu testen, ob es blockiert wird. Das ist aber nicht der Fall.

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue. If Lightroom doesn't start correctly as in your case, the please see "Solution 2" in the document behind the link.

Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment. 

Which operating system do you use? 

Which version of Lightroom do you use? 

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.
