LRC Syning original camera photo to web, not adjusted image

Community Beginner ,

Hello,

I don't know if its me? I have made a collection in LRC. I enable sync and genreate an adobe link to send to my client. When I view the link I see that many of the images are the oringal out of cameara shots... NOT the ones I adjusted and placed in a collecton.

I tried unsyncing all previoous images and restarting LRC and re-sync. No diffence.

I still see the out of camera image, not the adjuste one from the collection. Any suggeston on how I can fix this issue?

thank you in advance.

HI,

There are no sync errors. Here is the adobe link. https://adobe.ly/3E3BDen.   Look at the second picture of the two women standing in front of the round barn, its the not the one I made edits to.

I'm seeing the photo below in collections and its this phooto that should be in the sync web page.  But its obvioulsy not. And I do not understand why or how to correct it. thanks

The edits have to sync as well as the files. It may be a matter of waiting. How do the photos look on https://lightroom.adobe.com? Are there Sync errors there? Is there anything in the Preferences>Sync box?

Hi, Thank you to those that offered help. It turns out that when I copied settings from a previous image and applied them to the following images, the sliders all show "NO" changes to the image. If you open the mask panel you see the changes. All the problem imgages had multiple masks.

For whatever reason  Adobe LRC did not "copy" the changes to the new image when they synced, even though the images app[eared fine in the collection.  The solution was to go to the images that did noti sync properly and make a minor adjustmant. Then like magic all was well.

Sometimes a minor change in metadata can force a sync as well. Glad it's sorted.
