Hello.
I have been searching troubleshooting steps because I no longer have any video features available in Lrc 14.01. I select a video in Library grid view and it displays as if a jpeg in the windows. When I click on it - it either zooms in or zooms out, no video options at all.
Very few similar issues found for Windows in searches.
A tried typical troubleshooting step of uninstalling all the C++ apps, rebooting and reinstalling them - did not work.
I tried deleting the Video cache a few diferent ways - did not work.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Lrc via the Cloud app. did not work.
Yet when I pass my mouse back and forth over the video in grid view - it shows the video in motion.
Ideas?
Thank-you

Thank you for the reply.
I rarely import videos and as for the videos I have in Lrc - I view and play them as a convenience in the library. That thread did not pertain to my issue. My issue is that thre are zero video feature or tools to play my videos. The only three hints I have videos is that when I filter for video, or in Library I see in grid view they are video by extention and video icon, or - as I scroll left and right on the video in grid view - I see the video playing back and forth.

I have a feeling that those of us without AVX2 compatability are experiencing issues.
Photoshop 26 new features now depend on having AVX2. I do not and therefore I cannot use Ps 26.x
Did the Lrc developers quietly upgrade so that previous features will now not work if AVX2 is not present?
