After the upgrade to OS Ventura my LRC won't start anymore. Finder shows an error like "Adobe Lightroom Classic is corrupted and cannot be opened. This file was loaded on an unknown date" (translated from German). When checking the creation date of the LRC app, it says 17 August 2019. The version shows "--". I have tried to uninstall, install a previous version (12.0) and also upgrade to 12.0.1 but it won't work. Any idea?

You could try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to remove all traces of Creative Cloud apps and then reinstall LR Classic:
