Mac Export XMP error with JPG

I'm trying to export small JPG files of raw images on my Mac. A window opens that says unable to export, and the .text file that does export says "XMP develop error." Full disk access has been granted in my Mac system preferences and  I've done it 10 times on a PC no issue. Thank you.

I haven't heard of that error before. Please provide full-resolution screenshots (not phone pics) of the Export settings window showing all the export settings, the error message(s), and "the .text file" and its contents.
