I was in the middle of a series of portrait sessions, when I regretably updated my MacBook Pro M3 Max. Now, I am unable to thether my Canon 7D MKII in Lightroom. I changed out cabling, deleted.plist files, updated camera firmaware, still dead in the water. Has anyone else encountered this. Looking for resolution!!

Running LR v13.4

I upgraded a Mac M1 from 14.5 to 14.6.1 and tried a Canon 5D MKIV on LrC 13.4. It recognizes the camera and shoots fine. The images appear on the memory cards and in the Lightroom Catalog.

Rikk,
Thanks for your response. My tehted Capture has been fine in LR behaving exactly as you descrive saving to card and uploading live to LR for immediate evalutiopn.  It's so weird, I can not even use EOS Utiliity 3 to connect to the camera. Not sure where to go from here! 😞

EOS Utility is also working for me.

Note EOS and LrC will fight with each other so only have one running at a time.
