When will Adobe maintain the Collection Set structure when syncing to Lightroom Mobile?

Adobe never tells us "when" future features will be added.

When the Lightroom Cloud ecosystem was announced (at the time of LR Classic 7), Adobe publicly stated that they would focus their efforts for LR Classic on Develop, and in particular, there would be no more improvements to sync between LR Classic and LR Cloud. So far, they've been true to their word.
