Let's start with the basics here. What software are you referring to? What is the version NUMBER? (we need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest")
Please provide your system information. Go to Help->System Info and paste the information there into your reply, down to the plug-in information. We don't want and don't need and absolutely hate anything after the plug-in information.
