mask sync error

Alright, funky error when syncing edits: 

I'm working with a small set of masks in my current edit. one masking the background, one masking the object, one for eyes and sometime one for skin. When syncing edit, LR tells me to update AI info, whe I do, it takes 10 seconds telling me it's 5 seconds, nothing changes. Still says that AI data needs to be updated. 

Masking for eyes and face gets adapted to the new picture,at least in 3 of 5 cases.  Masks for object and background will stay empty, I need to update it by hand in every single picture. Anything like that ever happened to anyone? 

Currently using Lightroom classis 15.0.1 on macOS 15.6.1, mainly working with canon cr3 files.
