Cant save or print a photo I have added masks too. LRC saves and prints the orginal pic w/o the masks. Any ideas on what I am missing would be appreciated.

Exactly what is your printing procedure? LrC doesn't actually save any file (except the catalog) unless you use the export function.
What exact version of LrC are you using and what operating system, Win or Mac?
