Hi,
I selected 10 photos and I want to increase a value such as highlights or blacks for all of those photos by a specific number. I do not want to set it to a given number, as this will change all photos to same value. The photos already have different values and I need each of this values individually to be adjusted. I am looking for an option like in Library Mode - Quick Develop.
How do I do this ? 🙂

As you said, you use Quick Develop as the changes there are relative.

Quick develop is limited to: temp, tint, exposure, clarity, vibrance.

Until you expand each of those sections by clicking on the disclosure triangle to the right...
That will reveal more adjustments.

Adding screenshot tin support of Rikk's comment.
It's also worth noting that holding down the Shift key while clicking on the inner Exposure triangles changes the increment/decrement from 1/3 stop to 1/6 stop, and others change from +/- 5 units to +/- 2 units.

To add to what Rikk and Ian said, if you hold Alt/Option down then Clarity and Vibrance change to Sharpening and Saturation.

Silly me. Thank you!
