¿Quién me echa un cable? Me di de alta para la prueba gratuita, y por un error le di dos veces a la ventanilla de prueba. A los pocos días me di de baja pero me han seguido cobrando los dos planes como si nada, y NO HAY FORMA de ponerse en contacto con nadie de adobe. ¿A alguien le ha pasado? ya van dos pagos. ¡GRACIAS!

In the chat field (lower right of screen), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
If you're contacted via email or private message, it's more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
Double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an {adobe.com} domain in the email address if you click reply to an email.
