I've been using Lighroom CC for a long time , in the latest versions of the app ( now current 14.0) after having developed a raw file in the specific area, the warning sign appear in the library decribing that the picture has been modified by external app. Which is not because modification has been done within the App. All my raw file are saved externally on a NAS synology :

Not exactly recorded from which Os o App version the problem occured.
