Metadata, moving entries from one list to another

I am programming my metadata . I have my persons listed under WHO under the People filter.  However I have accidentally created a smaller list under the "Other "filter which also has an identical WHO title

Both of these WHO headings indicate that the members of the list are people and I do not know how it was accepted by the "other " filter. However I now want to move the incorrectly filed people under the Other filter under my original and identical heading under the people filter. How do I do this?

I have found my error. I had not selected the person indicator correctly for each of these entries so they were listed as other.

I have now cleared it up by editing their tags.
