Miniaturas não carregam após atualização

Ontem apareceu uma nova atualização do LR e depois disso as miniaturas da aba Revelação e todas as imagens da aba Biblioteca não carregam mais. Estava dando erro de processador gráfico, mas eu consegui atualizar o driver da Intel e o erro não aparece mais, porém o problema persiste.
Instalei versões antigas, falei no suporte da Adobe e usei o Cleaner Tool deles pra desinstalar tudo da Adobe e instalar novamente e nada. Um funcionário do suporte americano da Adobe ficou 1h remotamente no meu computador e também não resolveu (vão passar para um nível mais avançado de atendimento e me ligar na segunda-feira).
Não sei mais o que pode ser. Já revirei a internet e nada. Alguém consegue me ajudar?

Bring up the develop module, over in the history panel, click on the top/latest history state. does the thumbnail now appear?

No, nothing changed.

The thumbnails still don't appear and now I discoverd that it's not even loading the "before/after" view.
