Mise à jour LR et Windows 11

Bonjour, depuis que j'ai installé W11 les mise à jour LR et PS m'indiquent "non compatible" !
Lors de la mise à jour précédente j'ai contacté le support qui m'a fait supprimer tous les produits Adobe avec un logiciel et tout réinstaller, mais je vois que cette nouvelle mise à jour c'est pareil, sauf pour camera raw qui est bien passée. 
Il y a une solution ? ou bien je vais devois perdre mon temps à chaque mise à jour ?

What is the full error message? When do you receive this error message?

 

Did you re-install LrC after installing Windows 11, or not? (And do you mean Lightroom Classic or Lightroom, which is it?)

Bonjour, et merci.
Il n'y a pas de message d'erreur, mais juste l'indication "non compatible" et si je clique sur cette indication ça ajoute que je dois utiliser une version de Windows 10 ou ultérieur.

La mise à jouré précédente, le support Adobe m'a fait supprimer LR Classic et tous les produits Adobe, et ensuite tout réinstaller. Donc oui ça a été installé à l'origine sous W10, mais avec l'intervention du support ça a été réinstallé après W11

Well, when someone says they have Windows 11, I usually don't ask for proof, but in this case the Adobe Creative Cloud application doesn't think you have Windows 11. Can you show us the part of the system settings that shows your Windows version? (Here is mine, for Windows 10, showing I have Windows 10 version 21H2. I know for Windows 11 might look different)

Also, by any chance do you have a dual-boot system?

Yes, you have Windows 11, thank you, but I do not have any further advice, I cannot guess what the cause is or what to do next. I think you need to contact Adobe tech support on this matter.
