Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

As you are in Lightroom 6.14, we recommend using a DNG convertor. The Adobe DNG Converter enables you to easily convert camera-specific raw files from supported cameras to a universal DNG raw file.

Check this article for a detailed overview and steps to use it: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html.

Let us know if this helps,

Thanks,

Ranjisha

Lightroom 6.14 is the last and final update, you can subscribe to the new version of the app which is now at Lightroom Classic 11.2.
The new app is only available via subscription to the Adobe Photography Plan which includes Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom (cloud based) and Lightroom mobile apps

The previous response is a workaround to continue using the old and now unsupported application Lr 6.14.

Thanks for the update. This is the link from where we can get the app: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/adobe-dng-converter.html.

Not sure why it's asking you to install Photoshop. Can you help us understand what exactly happens and how you are trying to install it? Are we following the steps mentioned in the article? At what step are we stuck, and it installs Photoshop?
