Mise à jour LR Classic

New Here ,
Dec 05, 2025 Dec 05, 2025

What is the version NUMBER of the Adobe Creative Cloud app you are using? (We need the version NUMBER and not words like "latest" or "up-to-date"). In the Adobe Creative Cloud app at the left, click on the triple-bars and select Help->About Creative Cloud. Mine is version 6.8.0.821

Does it mean I have to come back from Tahoe v26 to Sequoia v15 to use LRc 15? In an other document, requirements are Sonoma v14 or more recent. So, which ios for LRc v15?

Thanks. But Ventura 13 minimum does it mean I can use Sonoma 14, Sequoia 15 or Tahoe 26 ?  Apparently, Tahoe 26 does not work on my computer

  1. On the offending computer, bring up your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App. Sign out. Then sign back in. Watch for any error messages or notifications. Then see if anything changes. Note that if the signing back in fails, then you will not be able to use LrC, Lr, PS, etc.
  2. If that did not solve anything other than time wasted, then consider removing the Adobe CC apps, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, and then download a fresh new copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, followed by installing PS, then LrC, then Lr, Bridge, etc (It may be important to install PS first, the other apps in any order after PS)

Some links about cleaning up Adobe Creative Cloud, and about removing the Creative Cloud Desktop App:

Note: Pay attention to the directions and any warnings in those links. And do not be surprised if this fails to solve the issue. An assumption is that something went wrong with an installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.

Follow-up: I see that you will need links to a server serving your language and country. They should be easy to search for.

You may want to see if another member weighs in and states my reply is hogwash.
