Missing brushes

Got new laptop, downloaded lightroomcc and lightroom classic. But when I go to develope mode I do not have adjustment brush, radial filter or anything like that! Help

Well, I bought a new laptop.
So I disallowed the adobe products from old laptop,
Signed into Adobe creative cloud and installed photoshop, Lightroom
classic and Lightroom creative cloud and bridge.
Just checked and they are all “up to date”.
On the old laptop and my PC I only really used CC.
Are those brushes and radial filter etc. only available in Lightroom CC?

Sounds like you came from a several versions back LrC to the newest. Major changes have occurred in Masking. Also in Metadata.
