Missing items from File menu

Lightroom classic on Windows 11.

The File menu seems to be missing some items.  In particular it contains nothing relating to Catalog.

Has anyone had this problem?  Any solution to restore the full list under the File menu?

It's resolved.  I had installed Lightroom instead of Lightroom Classic.  With Lightroom Classic all the menus appear in full.
