Missing photos from from sync

Hi there, help or advice needed. I move lightroom to a new laptop last night and now my sync photos with lightroom mobile are all gone, everything else is fine, how do I recover my sync data. thanks

Lightroom Classic syncs only one catalog, so you'll need to copy the catalog from the old one. If you've done that, it may take Lightroom time to resync again.

I copied the catalogue over and have all my other files/photos just the ones I have sync and in lightroom mobile are gone

It needs to reconnect sync which can take time. 

You can check to see what's available by logging in to https://lightroom.adobe.com

Even if you change a catalog, the old synced files should still be online, just not necessarily connected. There shouldn't be nothing there. 

Does the catalog have the same name and location as the old one?
