Modo Revelação do Lr Classsic

Em anexo o print da tela que aparece sempre que o programa é aberto. Informa que será aberto em MODO REDUZIDO. Indica que o modulo REVELAÇÂO esta desativado mesmo sem eu ter feito qualquer alteração. Tenho o plano da Adobe ( que logado aparece normal) a anos e recentemente troquei o cartão de crédito para pagamento e desde então o erro acontece. Alguém pode me dar uma luz? Com quem falo para saber o que esta ocorrendo? Informações adicionais:

• Plataforma Windows 10
• Versãão Lr 6.0

I request clarification, as Adobe's naming schemes can be confusing.

I can't see your file attachment (or anybody's file attachment). Please show this to us using the Insert Photos icon and not by attaching a file.

There is no such thing as Lightroom Classic 6.0. So you can't be using that.

There is a new software named Lightroom 6.0 (not Classic) which required subscription, and stores your photos in the Adobe Cloud, is that what you are referring to?

There is old software, now at least 7 years old, called Lightroom 6, which does not require subscription and stores your photos on some disk attached to or inside of your computer. Is that what you are referring to?

My understanding from the screen-clip is this-

OP is using the old Lightroom v6 (Standalone) in subscription mode  aka "Lightroom CC2015"

Without a current paid subscription the App will have disabled the Develop (&map) modules.

"I have the Adobe plan (which logged in appears normal) for years and recently I changed the credit card for payment and since then the error happens."

Contact Adobe Support to correct subscription payment problems, and upgrade to v13.5 (if possible) when subscription is fixed.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your ad-blockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
