I accidently imported 3000 pictures in the wrong library. I even categorized them. I want to import these into the correct library, without losing the categorization, slight edits in Lightroom, etc. What is the best workflow?
Select the 3000 photos, do File > Export As Catalog and choose a name and location for this exported on your catalog (e.g. on your Desktop). Then go to the correct catalog and do File > Import From Another Catalog, selecting the catalog you just exported. If you want to keep the photos in their current disk locations, make sure the option Export Negative Files is unchecked.

Thanks! I meant catalog of course. In Dutch it is called "Bibliotheek", which translates to Library. A catalog is a "catalogus" in Dutch. That is a (digital) bookwork with products, mostly for sale.

If you mean 'catalog' rather than library, then follow @johnrellis instructions. If you mean you imported the pictures into the wrong folder, then just use drag & drop in the Lightroom folder panel to move them to the correct folder.

The wrong folder wasn't the case. It was the wrong Catalog.
