Moved Adobe Creative clound via launcher - lost all files

I got an alert on my computer that my C Drive was full so I was looking at things to move to my D drive, I decided to move Adobe Cloud and all assosiated products and programs. 

I went to my adove preferences changed sync folder location from C:/ to D:/ and went to services and did the same

Adobe asked if i wanted to move everything, I said sure! sounds super simple 

Now all of my files in my lightroom classic is showing file not found, AND i can find it on my computer anywhere, it says last known location on where the file could be on the D:/ drive but i cant find it anywhere

Is there anyone who has had this issue?? 

Please help! I have lost years of memories including my wifes and Is engagement photos

Search all your drives for *.lrcat files. Double-click on the latest found.

Where are you storing your photos?
