Moving sliders

I cannot move the sliders with th mouse. Working OK in PS.  ver 12.1 on windows 10

Try reset your preference file for LrC.

I do not have the reset in the preference.
I did it while I held the alt+shift.
It work ok for 5 minutes and then not.
I tried to reset again and it did not help.
What to try next?
