Lightroom as well as keeping crashing has lost every single export preset i had.....can someone suggest another system this is a nightmare.
Up to date, no other issues

Sounds like you had 'Store presets with catalog' checked in the preferences, and this got reset so Lightroom is now looking for presets in the default location again. Check this opion again and restart Lightroom.

Thank for help but this didnt work, all presets for export have disappeared?
