My Macbook 15"2017 goes blackscreen with lightroom

I have tried a lot of possible fixes on this but no luck yet, when I'm working on my images on lightroom classic the must updated version, I am editing a photo and trying to sync presets on others and when it starts working, my macbook screen goes black and it has to reboot. I've tried to go to settings and turn off to use the graphics processor, uninstall and uninstall lightroom, reset PRAM, etc. But keeps happening the same, the report to apple says something about watchdog timeout, I took my Mac to Apple but they couldn't fix it either, some ideas? I really need to use LR for my work.

1. Which version of Mac OS is installed? If you're not on 13, try upgrading.

2. Intel Macbooks are notorious for overheating when used for more than just web browsing, and they can just abruptly shutdown. Install the free Intel Power Gadget to monitor the processor's temperature while you run LR:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/tool/power-gadget.html

If the temperature is getting close to 100 C while you run LR, then the cooling system isn't working properly, and it's likely the fans are clogged. Take the computer back to Apple to have them clean out the fans.

My Mac is working with the latest Ventura, and the fans doesn't get to the
100s but they are high for sure. I'm running out of options, I've even
reinstalled the IOS and no luck yet.

Do you mean the temperature?  What's the highest temperature you see with Intel Power Gadget?

Ok, sorry to get back to you until now, I've took my mac to another technitian because apple service didnt know what to do but to charge me 100 bucks for nothing. The other one formatted it again and installed the Big Sur instead of Ventura to see if it that was the problem... but today that I tried to work again with lightroom and make a batch of photos, again, the screen goes black and the computer has to restart. Here goes the report that I get, and responding of what the Intel power gadget you recommend to use the temp gets the 100

Your pic of the Intel Power Gadget screen shows the temperature nearly at 100 C:

johnrellis_0-1685465970522.png

You definitely have a hardware problem. Intel Macbooks are notorious for overheating and getting clogged fans.

LR tends to trip the overheating problem because it uses the CPU and GPU much more heavily than nearly all other apps, including games and video editing.  But a properly functioning laptop won't overheat when running LR.

The CPU is overheating, so it's some problem with cooling.  Computers are designed to allow the CPU and GPU run flat-out for indefinite periods while keeping the components cool. When that doesn't happen, it's because a fan isn't running properly or something is obstructing the airflow.

Does the Apple technician acknowledge that Power Gadget shows the computer is overheating? If they don't, you need to find another technician.
