My school license ended, I upgraded to a personal account with same email.But all my photos are gone

Hi all,

My adobe creative cloud license ended from school, and I upgraded to a personal account with the same email, but now all my lightroom photos are gone. I believe they're still on the cloud somewhere, but I don't have access to them anymore. 

Any help would greatly help me. I had over 5000 photos that disappeared.

This is the Lightroom Classic forum. This is not a Lightroom Classic question. Perhaps you should post in the Lightroom (ecosystem) forum.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
