My workspace is zoomed in so much I can't see most of the screen.

Somehow, I am seeing an extremely enlarged view of the Lightroom workspace. I cannot see the whole page. The loupe view is constrained to only about 1/4 of the page. The histogram is also about 1/4 of the page. What gives?

It looks like you have set the font size too large.

Go to Preferences > Interface and set the font size to Automatic. Restart Lightroom for the change to take effect.
