navigator / library filter / histogram title bars are hidden after restart of LR in full screen mode

After every restart of LRC these titles of panes are hidden, when LR is in Full Screen mode. They e.g. reappear after opening and closing the Adobe Creative Cloud window (from the (hidden in full screen mode) menu toolbar topright).
