Hello,
This bug started after trying to organize my current presets and adding another group. I can no longer access any of the drop-down menus in the navigator. If I scroll the mouse over the menus, I can see my presets being previewed on my image. However, I cannot see the preset names nor apply them. I am fully updated, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program with no luck. Any help appreciated!

Weird multiple Preset panel headers!
So suggestions to try-
-Turn 'Off' [Use Graphics Processor] in the Performance tab of Preferences.
-Reset (after backing up) the Preferences file. Preferences Reset

There were similar bugs reported with Presets and the Export window last year. I can find threads about the Export window:
but I can't find the threads about Presets that were posted at about the same time.
If resetting preferences doesn't help, then try updating your graphics driver:

(Windows Update often doesn't keep your graphics driver updated.) If that doesn't help, then do the menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here.
