Needing to reinstall LR6 on older computer

Hello,

Apologies to the more up-to-date community as I have a legacy issue but I have been advised by Adobe Chat agent to post my problem here in order to be connected to a product specialist who can assist me.

Several years ago I purchased LR6 online (as well as PS Elements and Premiere) for my PC running Windows 10. Windows became corrupted recently and required a reset which deleted all the programs from my computer. I am not in a position to buy a new computer at this time and wish to re-download and reinstall my LR6 onto this computer but I have not been able to do so from my account (which does list all the software I purchased and their serial numbers).

Some facts-

1) Lightroom v6.xx (Perpetual) is not supported by Adobe.
2) Lr6 cannot be downloaded from Adobe.
3) Lr6 cannot be updated from Adobe.
4) Lr6 cannot be operated with a Serial Number only. It also requires Activation..
4a) Lr6 can be installed as either 'Perpetual' or 'Creative Cloud' Subscription. To be 'Perpetual' you must NOT install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.
5) Lr6 must be ACTIVATED to be useable beyond a Trial term.
6) You cannot Activate online to Adobe within the App.
7) You cannot De-activate online direct to Adobe within the App.
8) Lr6 is not known to be compatible with Windows-11. It will not install in Mac iOS (BigSur, Catalina, Monterey)
9) Downloads for v6.14 are only available via this link- The download link IS for v6.14

10)  Lr6 can only be Activated/ Deactivated, and 'Activations' RESET by either-

Lightroom-(Perpetual) is now at Version 11.2 -  known as Lightroom-Classic, many advanced features and improved editing added since v6.

Thank you for your reply. I will try one or more of your suggestions.

I am currently not planning to update to Windows 11 until I buy a new computer (sometime in the next year) but hope to continue with my current computer and Windows 10 setup until then.
