Neu Installation von Lightroom 6: Kann Seriennummer nicht mehr aktivieren

Ich hatte Lightroom 6 auf einem PC (Windows 7) und einem Nortebook installiert. Das Programm vom PC habe ich deinstalliert. Dann versuchte ich das Programm auf meinem neuen Windows 10-PC zu installieren. Die Nachricht "Die Seriennummer ... wurde bereits auf zwei Geräten aktiviert."

- Dann habe ich das Programm vom Notebook deregistriert und deinstalliert.

- Erneut kommt die Nachricht auf dem neuen PC "Die Seriennummer ... wurde bereits auf zwei Geräten aktiviert." 

- Danach habe ich versucht auf dem alten Windows 7 - PC erneut zu installieren und den neuen Adobe Cloud Service zu installieren, um das Programm zu deregistrieren. Leider hängt das Programm beim Start und zeigt nur noch den Kreis (Sanduhr).

Wie kann ich meine Lizenz auf dem neuen PC zum Laufen bekommen??

You need to go to the main adobe website, Sign In with the Adobe ID that you used to register Lr 6 and see if you can Deactivate from there.

If not then you will need to contact Adobe directly.

Die Hotline hat konnte helfen und die Lizenz-Blockade aufheben, so dass ich nun das Lightroom auf meiem neuen PC wieder benutzen darf.

Bei meinem alten Windows 7 Rechner lief ich in die Falle, als ich den neuen  Adobe Application Manager installieren wollte, der die Deaktivierung erst möglich macht. Zumindest bei mir hing sich das Programm auf. Eine reguläre Deaktivierung der Lizenz war dann nicht mehr möglich. Also habe ich "nur" deinstalliert und obwohl ich auf meinem Windows 10 Notebook eine zweite Installation deaktiviert hatte, konnte ich Lightroom CC nicht auf meinem neuen PC legalisieren.
