New features don't work.

After installing the new Lr classic update it stopped working properly.  The new features don't work.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

And, please expand on stopped working.

Dear friend, I received help from an Adobe technician and after several attempts I was instructed to uninstall this new update and keep using the previous version. The error was when I was going to use masking, Lightroom crashed, it didn't work.
