Hi everyoneI have a problem with Lightroom , when I click on import data, it just hangs.I reset the computer, hoping it might work out, but still not working out, and it does not work and is very frustrating.I would appreciate help please

Which exact version of Lightroom?
Which camera?Are you directly connecting the camera or using a card reader?
Which type of import? (add, copy, DNG)
Where are the destination files set to?
