No Sync with Lightroom Mobile option in Identity Plate

I do not have the option in the Identity Plate to Sync with Lightroom Mobile. Do I need to enable this elsewhere?

If you are referring to LrC (Classic) then that is now located in the top right corner of the Lightroom window.
