Objects masking not working

Hi All! I'm using LRC both in a PC and in a laptop. On the laptop when I use the "masking object" with the "free hand tool" not the rectgangular selection, it works well and the IA recgonizes the object I want to mask. But when I do exactly the same on the PC, the IA masks a huge portion of the photo besides the object. It appears that it doesn't recognize the object I'm masking. Configs look the same on both computers...  I have tried with different photos and objects and the result its all the same. Anyone can help?

From what I can see, the GPU driver is Microsoft version rather than from AMD (https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/w6hwov/anyone_seen_amd_radeon_driver_3101200295/). Have you tried updating the driver from the AMD site https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-6600-xt

Typically, the issue you describe can be traced to out of date or buggy GPU drivers. To help us rule this out, please provide a copy of your 'System Info' for the computer that Object masks isn't working correctly. This can be obtained from the LrC Help > System Info menu item.

 

Note that there's a copy button already provided within the System Info dialog. So, press same, the paste into your next forum post.
